Cabin Filter Frame Edge Pasting Machine

This machine automatically dispenses hot-melt glue onto the thick non-woven strips,
cut the glue dispensed non-woven at the  set length, paste the glued non-woven onto the pleated pack edges,
All processes done automatically.

The system includes: 

Double De-coiler, Hot-melt gluing system, automatic feeding & cutting, conveying

Hot melt glue machine, heat preservation and heating hose, glue nozzles; temperature control system; automatic feeding, cutting mechanism, paste the double glue dispensed edge frames onto pleated packs.

When operate, just need worker put the pleated pack onto the molds, after machine pasting, remove it
